Maybe try creating a new user name? I’m not sure if the chat area is terribly useful compared to the community board.

Are you referring to chat.open-emr.org? I’ll take a look at your username, do note we seem to be experiencing some connectivity issues today.

The chat is used quite often :slightly_smiling_face:
