The openemr version 4.0.0 is working fine with only one problem in it… whenever i try to write the history of a patient from the link in the demographic page of the patient and save it after writing the history. everything is blank. all the data automatically gets deleted from the history form and it shows an empty form. this doesnot happen in the development demo in the oemr.org site. please help.its urgent…very urgent…
