Upload documents

How do you associate a document or lab report to an encounter ?  The current document upload just upload all documents with no encounter details.

My suggestion is:  put "upload" form  in the encounter form also.  And, show the documents uploaded or attached in the history section for each encounter,  just like email attachments.

There is a “documents” encounter form under contrib/forms.  I am guessing that is what it’s for.  Why don’t you take a look at it and/or see if it works?
