Upgrate 4.2.0 to 4.2.2 documents problem

After upgrate to 4.2.2 my backap data file changed from 1.555.567kb to 137896kb. Everithing is working fine, only problem with documents, receivinf messege -

The requested document is not present at the expected location on the filesystem or there are not sufficient permissions to access it. C:/xampp/htdocs/openemr/sites/default/documents/115/INFO.pdf

Hello Nerik-
That’s very curious that the backup file would change size. The error message sounds like somehow you lost some of your documents. Please describe what you did in your backup process.
