Upgrading ICD10 seems to not work/fail silently

OpenEMR 5.0.2 on Ubuntu

Since I am using OpenEMR in a german setting I tried importing the ICD10-GM (german modification) into OEMR. DB was updated and an upgrade via web interface was allowed. However the fee sheet still displayed the old english codes upon a newly initiated search.

Since there was no error message displayed when updating the ICD10 database, I assumed it work.
What am I doing wrong here? Anything obvious I have missed?

hi @holladiewal, currently only US modification is supported through external dataloads import. Please see this thread for assistance, I need to add icd-10 manually
