Upgrade to 4.1.1 breaks patient selection?

Updated system from 4.1.0, patch 13, to 4.1.1, with patch 7.
Now, when you select a patient, the patient demographic information summary & the Encounter History dropdown box at the top of the screen, do not appear.  The patient options in the left nav menu are grayed out.  If you try to click on Visit History, you get the standard error popup that says “You must first select or add a patient”.
There appears to be something broken between left_nav.php,  & demographics.php in 4.1.1
Is there a fix for this or am I better off reverting to 4.1.0?  I’m wondering if this is a 4.1.1 problem, or a bug from 4.1.1 Patch 7.
I did see that after the update it’s showing a lot of undefined index warnings in the PHP error log, have to start tracking down those errors and see if it’s related to the demographics/patient selection issue.

Hmm, this appears to be a database problem more than a code problem.  A clean install of 4.1.1 with Patch 7 works properly.  The glitch only comes about when you update an existing system that’s already populated with data.

EDIT: disregard, this was a conflict with NewCrop interface, there is no problem with the update.  This topic should be deleted.

Hi penguin8r,

First, you need to do an upgrade when going from 4.1.0 to 4.1.1:

Then you can use the most recent 4.1.1 patch.
