Upgrade to 3.2, add prescription/avail appt

Hello

I recently upgraded one of my clients from 2.83 to 3.2. After the upgrade, we have the following problems:

1. The “Add Prescription” screen is blank. No HTML, no errors, nothing. When I browse to the URL /controller.php?prescription&edit&id=&pid=patientid the screen is simply blank. What could be causing this?

2. When we click on a provider to find an available appointment, it’s bringing up appointments that are not really available (they’ve been filled already). We’ve found that if we go back and enter “120” in the days field it shows what’s REALLY available. Any thoughts?

My issue #1 was solved by clearing the smarty cache.

Issue #2 still persists. Any guidance would be appreciated.
