With XAMPP and the move towards 2.9.0, got some unexpected errors…

I go to admin and try to open the DATABASE in OpenEMR, but it does not open! (Via PHPMyAdmin of XAMPP administration pannel there is no problem and I can dor all I wanted like importing deleting etc.)
I get the following message:
The host name is empty!

How can I solve this problem, with version 2.3.8 I had no problems!

I had simmilar problems starting the calendar and solved it by copy and paste the subdirectory of 2.3.8. in 2.9.0, but could not find the solution for OpenEMR DATABAS administration.
I would be happy with any advise, since I am still in a learning phase and during my learning explorations I find so many options in OpenEMR that I am loosing weight, (a must for borderline BMI-er) and registration is in OpenEMR.
I miss my regular beers and start even to show some anti social behavior according to my family.
BUT IT IS A GREAT PRODUCT! (OpenEMR and may be the the beer)
