It seems images can be added from the patient’s summary page, click the
“Documents” link at top…select category (“Patient Photograph” for example)
and the upload interface will appear.

The .jpeg file can be added to Documents/Medical Record.
If the image needs to be in the body of the clinical note, a NationNote should be constructed and the image is copied into the WYSIWYG editor.
