Situation
I receive emails from no-reply@open-emr.org regarding the release of new versions of open emr. There is no unsubscribe link at the bottom of these emails. From where are these emails sent and how can I unsubscribe? I tried the “forgot password” feature in these support forums, but when I type the email address in which I receive these emails, the system says that this email is not in their records.

The latest email says the following:

OpenEMR 6.0.0 Released!

We have released OpenEMR 6.0.0, which includes numerous new features, improvements and security fixes. See this announcement for details:

How do I unsubscribe?

Hi @billgates2000 ,
We’ll need to improve those emails that go out to registered users. In future, will give option to email hello@open-emr.org to unsubscribe. Just send an email to that email address to unsubscribe and then will ensure your email is removed from the registered users list.
