I said in my OP SMS/Fax module , was installed , tried to enable it. ---

Running apache2 status gave me this message: Nov 23 16:20:39 openemr apachectl[36041]: AH00558: apache2: Could not reliably determine the server’s fully qualified domain name, using 127.0.1.1. Set the ‘ServerName’ directive globally to suppress this message ---

@Mohammad Check out this post. There was a mistake in patch 2 where I thought I put the fix in for this error but at last, guess I missed it however, @stephenwaite came up with a hot patch to fix. Downloaded psr fixed folder from github and put it back in the path: /var/www/html/openemr/interface/modules/custom\_modules/oe-module-faxsms/vendor working fine.
