As far as I know that term only appears in family planning (e.g. IPPF) installations of OpenEMR. In the context of a report it means each client is sampled only once.
EDIT: Unique SP (Unique Seen Patients) does appear in a normal installation. Again, it means each patient is sampled not more than once.
