When you add a user, the new user’s password is in the ‘Password:
’ field
And then you need to enter your password in the ‘Your Password:
’ field

No problem. You are definitely not the first to have this issue

I am also unable to Add User, but I think the problem is different than entering the Password or Your Password. This is a new installation of OpenEMR Express on AWS. When I try to click Save, no action happens, and I get no error message. Are there certain required fields? I have tried to enter values in each field but get no response when clicking Save. The only action I can take is Cancel and no new user record gets saved.
The version I am using is OpenEMR v5.0.1 (1)
Hi @dkellis, this might be a browser cache issue. Have you tried clearing it?
@stephenwaite, thanks for that suggestion. I was using IE and tried clearing browser cache to no avail. However, when I switched to Chrome I was able to successfully add a user account so the issue is in some way related to the (IE) browser.
