Tutorial for creating custom forms (similar to those in the contributed folder)?

HEllo,

I am trying to find if there is any tutorial for creating custom forms like those people generated in the contributed folder.

I see wiki has this page:

And the last two options seem to be used for creating those contributed forms:
(3)Xml Form Generator: This is a xml-based tool for creating new forms for OpenEMR.
(4)Formscript: This is a perl-based tool for creating new forms for OpenEMR.

Are those the only available tools to create contributed forms? Does anyone know of any other tools and/or tutorials?
