I just want to know that by clicking trend in the vital widget should it show a chart using open flash chart? If yes, how to install the feature? I have downloaded open flash chart…but dont know what to do next so that i can integrate it with openemr to show trends of the vitals…please help…

hey,
This functionality is already working in 4.0; no configuration is needed. To see it working:
1. Select a patient that has more than one set of vitals (it will only give the graphing option if there are more than 1 data point for the selected thing to graph).
2. From Patient Summary screen select the Trend button to left of the Vitals widget.
3. On this screen, click the vital sign you want to graph(remember there needs to be at least two data points of the selected vital sign for it to graph).
