Translated User's Guide?

Hello?

I’m about to set up OpenEMR in a country where the people who will be using the system speak only Spanish.  I see that the software, itself, contains a Spanish option, but I’m wondering how the people are going to learn to use the system since the only manual I have found is in English.

Is there, anywhere, a Spanish version of the User’s Guide so that the people who will actually USE OpenEMR (and not ME: the installer) will be able to learn how to use it?  I don’t have the resources to learn this entire thing in English and then to turn around and teach it all back to them in Spanish.

I hope I’m just not seeing the right link to get other-language manuals.

Any ideas?
Thanks!

Hi,

No User Manuals other than English have been created and released openly (I am guessing several have been created, but not released to the public).

There is a discussion here to publish the User Manual in different languages on the wiki:
http://www.open-emr.org/wiki/index.php/Talk:OpenEMR_4.1_Users_Guide#Translating_the_Users_Guide

Here’s the English users guide:

If you are seriously interested in translating the user manual, just let me know. Then we’ll create some sort of mechanism on the wiki to allow this (probably akin to the mechanism on the following wiki: http://wiki.openstreetmap.org).
