how can I create a package of 10 procedures so that each time you a procedure is used the system will track it accordingly and provide an alert if all the procedures in the package are completed.
Procedures can be completed in 1 or more encounters
the Procedures would be pre-paid
A partial solution will be Track Anything feature. Create something like -
Track 1 (or some meaningful name)
1 - proc 1 (or some meaningful name)
2 - …
…
During the encounter as you complete the procedure, record it with any little note.
You will not get alert but it will show up in demographics.
