New Year Symbols Legend

  1. Peach blossoms. The peach is a symbol of longevity & good health.

  2. Teals (兩) of gold, used for currency; thus a wish for prosperity. One teal is equivalent to about 37 grams.

  3. Firecrackers to chase away evil spirits.
