We had used this enhancement as an alternative to maintaining frequently used issues in clickoptions file. Compared to current clickoptions, this also allows gender-specific version of the lists.
The ‘Refresh List’ link must be used to populate the lists initially. Later the link should be used periodically to refresh ranking of the issues.
This approach may be of interest to practices that document issues and want consistent descriptions.
