Sorry I haven’t gotten to testing your calendar changes, but if you are looking for some more “low hanging” fruit here’s a problem you could tackle.
When someone marks a patient as having explicitly having “None” for medical problems (as opposed to not recorded). There is an entry created in the table lists_touched, with a timestamp indicating when that happened. That timestamp ought to be displayed on the “edit problems” list at a minimum next to the explicit “None”
