The connection was reset, error in billing when clicking "Update List"

This is a very odd error that I have received. When in billing and attempting to update the list or even clicking the “Export OFX” the billing window portion states:

" The connection to the server was reset while the page was loading.

The site could be temporarily unavailable or too busy. Try again in a few
moments.
If you are unable to load any pages, check your computer’s network
connection.
If your computer or network is protected by a firewall or proxy, make sure
that Firefox is permitted to access the Web."

the rest of the window functions fine, and I can reload the page or even go to the previous page without problems. So I think the session id is fine. I even checked the session id and it remains the same with the new window.

This prior message is on firefox, but similar messages are received when using Crome, and it is not just on my computer. I’ve received the same messages on other computers, and on a different network.

I notice that both buttons point to

openemr/interface/billing/billing_report.php#

but I do not have the knowledge to understand why it is failing.

Please Help, I am not able to bill, and have time sensitive billing.
