Just wanted to mention that I got SQL-Ledger, including its XML-RPC link with OpenEMR, working on Windows XP. Not as easy as I thought! For those interested, see the notes that I added to http://www.oemr.org/modules/wiwimod/index.php?page=SqlLedgerInstallHowtos .
This is not a proper HOWTO, but it does show those with experience how to overcome the more important problems.
