In Sql-Ledger I have insurances paid and need to bill the patient. How do I run invoicing so I don’t get all the other patients that have pending insurance payments?

Did you notice that you can print patient statements from within the EOB search page in OpenEMR? There’s a button at the bottom for that. In addition this page will pre-select those invoices that don’t have pending insurance payments.
Also see custom/statement.inc.php which you’ll need to customize if you’ve not done so already.
