SNOMED error

Hello,

I have installed snomed codes and when try to search I get the error:
ERROR: Missing table in code set search:sct_descriptions

What OS? On non-windows, the table names are case sensitive. Can you check that when you imported, the table name is all lowercase?

Hello,

We are working on Centos. I have checked the tables and all are lowercase. The installation was done from the external data loads.

This is the code where that error message is being generated. It is attempting to verify that the table exists.

If you confirmed that the table sct_descriptions exists and it is named properly, then I’m stumped as to where the problem is.

Does un-install and re-install correct the problem?

What version of OpenEMR are you running?

cpolyv01 wrote on Tuesday, November 19, 2013:

I updated into 4.1.2. I cannot find the table anywhere in the database and I actually do not know where to create one.

fsgl wrote on Tuesday, November 19, 2013:

Experimented on 4.1.2 Demo, which does not have SNOMED installed.

Got the same error message as you when I went to Administration/Codes, clicked SNOMED & Search.

Are you on Patch 3? If not, do so.

Try to install SNOMED from the External Data Loads Utility again, because it probably did not install the first time.

Ok. I have re-installed it due to some other problems. I am on Patch 3. I will try it again and post back. Hope it will work this time.

If not, there is an alternate way to import, but it is way more strenuous than using the built-in tool but still easier than manual imput.
