I have a sneaking suspicion that the new problem is related to this thread.

Something from the November code change is causing the unit to behave like a divisor instead of a multiplier for code T1013.

Ideally, after the November code change; there should be 3 lines of one unit for T1013 in the billing table; not one line of 3 units of it, which was the original problem.
