Hi all, thank you for developing EMR.
I am a chest physician and i have made some custom forms for spirometry and blood gases using layouts.
I did not add measurement units since i did not figure out how:)
How can i export those forms and share them with someone that wishes either to share or improve them?
Thank you,
Eugene
LBF forms are maintained only in DB and not as directories. So you can just extract the relevant entries (records related to the corresponding form) from the ‘list_options’ table and ‘layout_options’ table and share/export it.
On the destination machine, just restore the exported records into the corresponding database. Thus LBF forms will get exported to the destination OpenEMR machine.
Here is what i did.
Logged to my phpadmin, went to layout_options selected and exported the relevant entries. I did not find something that matched to list_options. I think the values were not exported, just the tables. I have upload them to:
There are not measurement units as i did not figure out how to put them. If there is anyway i can do to improve them i am willing to help. I do not know programming at all, i use oepnemr 3.2 downloaded from the official site and Ubuntu 10.10 64-bit.
I am planning to make some forms for ergospirometry and bronchoscopy soon.
I thing the best view would be as in a spreadsheet with rows the measurement parameters and columns the visit dates.
Created also forms for six-minute walk test (6MWT), modified Medical Research Council dyspnoea scale (MMRC), BODE Index and epworth sleepiness scale, in Greek and English .
