Several Questions about Several Modules

So, yesterday i just talk to the tclinic owner regarding the system, and he have several inputs and request and i don’t know how to proceed

  1. Is it possible to change the default status when the patient make an appointment online? He want to always accept every possible appointment so the status “pending” is not needed, and those in pending status won’t appear in the calendar and another people still can try to book that same time frame right?
  2. Is it possible to change the time noted in the flow board? He want the time when a patient is called to the examination room logged and shown on the flow board, so that he can evaluate the effectivity of the system.
  3. Can i bind some key to make a shortcut to a certain tabs? The receptionist is not that familiar with technology so it have to be simplified as much as possible.
  4. Can the patient’s data exported into some sort of table like excel or something like that? Some of the system like the medical records and biling system isn’t compatible with the system here so he want the medical records to be seperated, but this system will help alot in collecting patient data so he need it to be able to be exported for further uses.
  5. For the offline patient registration by the provider, can the search parameter changed from name into the id? Same name is a common issue here so we want to avoid that if possible
