Several open emr on my local host don't work

I have installed Open Emr version on my localhost (I’m using xampp). It works fine, but when I installed another version the old one works fine but I can’t access to the other one. Please check the following image, as that what I get:

Hi,
     Could you please mention both versions?And which version you are not getting works.

Most probably,the issue with php.ini settings.Latest and lower versions has two different settings.

Thank you for your replay ….
The old version was 4.1.1 …… then I tried to install 4.1.0, and this the release which produce this error.
I tried to install another version with 4.1.1  release, now the both version work probably.

I figure out  what was happened  … I was trying to run OpenEmr 4.1.0 on Xampp 1.8.1 which not support  magic_quotes_gpc any longer. To run OpenEmr 4.1.0 you have to install Xampp 1.7.3
