since i had been using openemr i was disappointed becos of flexibility and rich in features. but i about to formatt my computer where i installed openemr software to another cumputer and later copy it back if possible. Urgent response. thanks

Not quite sure I understand what the problem with flexibility of openEMR is and what you want to achieve. You can back up your database, install openEMR afresh on your other computer and then load your old database so as to keep your old data. If you backed up your configuration in the old installation, you can load it into the new installation.
