I am using scanned_notes with a fresh install of 4.1.2
I am able to upload files, and they are correctly stored in the patients encounter-directory (/openemr/sites/default/documents/1/encounters/).

my problem is, that I cannot view the uploaded file.
My browser gives me the “picture broken”-icon along with my note-comments.
