The claim, is not ‘generated’ it’s just marked as if it had been. This
button is for zero bill or, prepay thinks that you don’t want to appear.

It could be removed, or perhaps made smarter,
Like not being visible if the patient has insurance or similar logic.

Thanks. I can imagine this would be a problem for many practices. Kevin hid the button for us, so it’s no longer an issue at our practice. It might be nice to have a global setting to deactivate it for practices for which it is detrimental.

Anyway, problem solved for us now.
