Hi All,

Could you please share your suggestions on the best approach for storing documents for each site?

Should we store the documents in **AWS S3** , or should we keep them on the **same server** , using a site-specific document directory?

For example:

- **AWS S3:** Separate folder/bucket structure for each site
- **Server:** Separate document directory for each site(that OpenEMR have)

Please share your thoughts on which approach would be better in terms of **security, scalability, backup, performance, and maintenance**.

Thanks,
Nilesh
