Hey folks,

I was looking at the Rx report under clinics in the reporting menu, and after testing it didnt seem like medications could be liked to specific facilities. Is there a way to sort the information by facility?

Currently, all of the given medications file under the same facility, regardless of where the patient was seen. Is there a way to specific under which encounter or which facility the patient was being seen when they were prescribed the medication?

I’m not clear what you’re looking at. Both OpenEMR 4.2.2 and 5.0 have the ‘Rx’ report under ‘Clients’ rather than ‘Clinics’. I also notice that the other report parameters are Drug name and Lot number, which as far as I know, are only known to OpenEMR if the facilities have medicine Inventories configured, the meds are registered in their Inventory module and prescribed in an encounter at that facility.
