  1. Patient names with that particular insurance
  2. Total amount billed

Reports/Financial/Collection, select for Primary Insurance.

(Would suggest another salutation like Hi or Hello or nothing. Majority of forum members are masculine. “Dears” can connote the feminine plural, not only neuter plural.)
