Report fails to generate

After upgrading, we try to print continuity of care record, it shows no errors in the logs but I receive this message instead of useful data.

The CCD, on the other hand, does come up but does not populate with data.

I tested in apache and this problem went away. I’m perplexed how such things do not function running nginx.
