This desire is really not possible. Those items that you mention are woven into the operation fabric of the program. It is not possible to simply turn them off.
Anything’s possible with open source
I’d suggest taking a more cosmetic approach (hiding the links and unwanted output rather than deleting sql tables etc.).
We work under an outsourced billing company for comfort and are under contract for another 9 or so years, but open-emr is more versatile than our existing ehr program, so basically before i transfer open-emr onto our system,as a working modl, i need to remove those links which could potentially cause confusion for eveyone.
Hi jimibrez,
For a new install, I’d consider it pretty stable. If you are upgrading, then still some testing to do. Could just be safe and wait for the official release (guessing about two more weeks). (Lots of this depends on your comfort level with OpenEMR and upgrading/patching it).

Thanks Brady. I am very satisfied and, like our staff, quite impressed with 4.1.0. openemr.
Since installation, we have been running the actual charts of only just Five of our patients in parrallel with our usual program.
If there are only weeks to wait until the official release of 4.1.1. i am perhaps better off to wait, perform a new install, import the records here, and continue practicing on this one with my couple of added patients and in the meantime safely edit the templates to suit our services…
