Removing Forms

Hi,

I’ve been experimenting with creating forms and after installing, enabling and using my form I discovered a few errors. I changed the PHP files and the SQL file, but was unable to remove/replace the form from within OpenEMR. I tried dropping the table from the database using phpAdmin, but in Administration/Other/Forms the form still appears and the table says ‘DB installed’.

Can anyone help me remove obsolete/old forms? Also, should that page actually check whether the table exists and point it out if it isn’t in the database?

Problem solved. I removed it from the ‘registry’ table in the DB.
