Testing patient reminders. I sent a patient reminder by email to patient. “Patient Reminder” Main screen shows that it was sent date, time , etc. It was received by the patient. The reminder still appears as “Due” in Clinical Reminders and when I run AMC report, it does not reflect that the reminder was sent either. Help!

Note the Clinical Reminder (these are alerts for physicians) will only be marked as completed when the target as been fulfilled. The Patient Reminder (these are alerts for patients) is marked as complete when the pertinent reminder has been sent.
