The Receipt for Payment is missing the company logo and the patient name

Yes.
Just checking if it was something simple to implement.

The client said the info and image was there in the previous versions, but since the upgrade to 7.0.3, the info is no longer showing up.

I also found it unusual that the receipt wouldn’t have the patient’s information on it.

That just means that someone is not using a repo to track changes and overwrote the previous modifications. If you still have access to the previous code. It should still be there.

The previous versions of OpenEMR had a different format for the receipt, and that included the patient name.
Looks like it was re-designed after v 7.0.0 but the new design didn’t include the name etc.

I’ll organise with a coder to make the necessary mods to the new code.
It’s been over 20 years since I did any coding and I don’t have it in me to get back into it lol
