Recalls are not working in openemr 5 .
Someone has the same problem ?
WHen i make a recall . this not appears in Recall Board.

Debugging the application i,ve realised that recalls are deleted if there is a appointment in the same date or 16 hours before . So recalls not work on patientes that already have an appointment.
So recalls work well for only remember to do appointments.
Recalls are for patients who need to schedule an appointment.
Reminders are for patients who have scheduled appointments.
The system is set to auto-delete a Recall when an appointment is made (if the appointment is within 3 months of the Recall date).
For messaging, Recall Messages are sent for recall requests and Reminder messages are sent for scheduled appointments. They have separate messages and schedules.
