When I enter a new appointment in the calendar, I have to manually click the facility and provider each time. Is there a way to default each field? If so, how and where?

Also, how do I change the size of the pop up appt form. I need it to be wider to show all the fields. As it is now, I have to use my mouse to resize the form each time it’s opened.

One last thing, when I try to use the ‘find available’ appts, I get ‘no appts available’, which is wrong because I haven’t entered appts during the time frame I’m asking about.

For “find available” appts, did you setup events for the provider to indicate what hours that provider keeps? (In Office/Out of Office/ Lunch, etc…)
