Over the next two weeks, we’re going to have some code submissions for the OpenEMR project. I’m wondering who do we make these submissions to for consideration? Is there a formal process?

Submissions have been handled by the Rod Roark, Andres Paglayan, and Tekkno Genius. Recently Rod has been the most active.
Which developers are working with your group?
Assuming that they are coding judiciously and not making big errors that adversely affect the rest of the developers, direct commit access can be arranged with Rod after he has had a chance to monitor the new submissions.
Remember, it is always better to be frequently updating your developers copy of CVS and submitting code changes in small chunks. These small chunks make merging the new changes and working out conflicts with the submissions a lot easier.
All pages need to be encoded for UTF8.
