A recent request we encountered is as follows:

The client wants their logo to be placed on the blank forms provided in their OpenEMR 4.1.0 installation.

What I know so far is that these are created by the system after the pertinent LBV forms have been developed. I also know that, when creating LBV forms, there’s no field for the developer to enter the health provider’s logo - at least in this particular release of OpenEMR.

Has anyone encountered such a request before? If yes, how did you people handle it?

Furthermore, I know that, when we generate a report from the patient’s summary, the system retrieves the clinic’s logo from where we’ve stored it and adds it to the top of the report - pretty much as it does when we print a prescription. _IF_ it is at all possible to add the logo to the LBV form _itself_, how do we ensure that the logo is printed on the form _only_ when a blank form is printed and not on the form that is printed with a report? - I hope this final question is clearly expressed.

While I suspect it can’t be done (at least in a straightforward manner), advice, pointers and input will be greatly appreciated.
