On the billing screen after a HcFA Claim was generated (2007-07-25 23:06 Claim was generated to file 2007-07-25-1-13.hcfa.pdf)
One used to be able to click on the pdf and preview/print (with adobe viewer) the individual hcfa claim.
EDI files were also available likewise.
These I would send to HipaaDesk for testing. Now when one clicks on process X12 it gets cleared out.
Why did these go away or do I have an error?

The X12 batches are now preserved in the openemr/edi directory. And of course these will generally contain multiple claims.

But the files are located under /usr/share/freeb/public, there are no files under openemr/edi.

Perhaps the web server does not have permission to write to openemr/edi? See the send_batch() function in interface/billing/billing_process.php if you feel a need to investigate.
