If memory serves right, is this the Processing Format pl files from FreeB? So if FreeB is no longer part of the code it should be removable.
In OEMR/controllers/C_X12Partner.class.php on line 42 they are REMed out. It is referenced in the Database (x12partners->Processing Format) as well.
