Procedures Configuration

I am having issues configuring my procedures.

A majority of procedures are setup as follows
1. Group(Top Level) ->Group->Procedure Order->Discrete Result or
2. Group(Top Level) ->Group->Procedure Order

I have been getting the following errors
- Result type ID is missing from line 0 or
- Result type ID is missing from line 4

Can anyone tell me what I am doing wrong?
