Sorry for another noob question. Can’t find it in the manual or the wiki.
I want to add a Procedure order for an Encounter.
Under Administrative, I select Procedure Order. In the popup I add a new Top level entry
When I hit “Save” it does not appear in the Order Type field
When I Save again, the Procedure order shows in the Encounter but it is blank.
Appreciate advice, thanks.
