Thanks Tony!
I am not become spoiled, but I couldnt locate the file (by googling or guessing it).
If you have the exact URL, it would be a great help.
Have a nice day!

Not a URL, it’s the actual path to the file in the version 4.0 sources

We need to actually have an ‘ORDER TRACKING’ , which includes:
* LAB
* TEST
* Procedure
* Consult
* Others (DME, Supplies, etc)
The workflows:
1. Clinician ( a group of ‘users’ defined in GACL) create an Order
2. Properly signed (probably with digital signature?)
3. Depends on Order Type:
a. Consult: - Med Necessity
b. LAB - CPT, ICD9, Correlation
4. Submit the order: (by Fax, by email, or Electronics)
5. Confirmation Receipt
6. Delivery or Service acknowledgement
7. Report (Lab, Consult etc)
8. Follow up Action (If any)
I see the ‘Procedure’ work flow is only covering a bit portion of above mentioned.
Should I add a Navigation Tree called ‘Order’ and have all the work-flow inside?
Any comments?

Please update the progress status, I’m trying to test out the “procedure order” feature but it does not seem to work. I’ve created some proc. order but not sure where to enter the results since the system did not let me to do it, even I’m in admin role.

Hi,
Placed some docs from IPPF on the wiki here for this stuff:
http://www.oemr.org/wiki/OpenEMR_4.1_Users_Guide#Supplementary_Topics
(See the ‘Procedure configuration & order process’ section in the Supplementary Topics section)
Also, note that to sign labs need to place the ‘Sign Lab Results’ ACO into the appropriate group (see Adminstraion->ACL->Groups and Access Controls (in Administrators-write group since using admin user) in OpenEMR.
