Problems when upgrading to 4.1.1

Upgraded last night.  This morning we are unable to make appointments, Unable to upload files, and CAMOS forms are not saving. 

I followed instructions and it appeared to work but having problems this morning.

I know we have deleted Calender files in the past and it was not part of the instruction this time.

Any suggestions?

To confirm, is this upgrading from 4.1.0 to 4.1.1 or just installing the 4.1.1 patch?

I thought I was at 4.0.11, then upgraded to 4.1.1.  I never installed the #13 patch.

Maybe I missed something.

I bet you were at 4.1.0 (11), since 4.0.0 did not go up to 11 patches(4.0.0 only had 2 patches).

So, you need to do an upgrade from 4.1.0 to 4.1.1:

Then, will need to redo the 4.1.1 patch 1:
