Problems viewing appointments

When I view a patient’s appointment on the calendar days or weeks screen, only a horizontal line appears and the appointment data is not shown correctly. This does not happen when I switch to month view. Follow image for better understanding.



Hi, check the duration of the appointments. If the duration is set too low, you will only see a line in day and week view. If the duration is ok (like 10 or more minutes) and you still see just a line, we might have another problem.
